Color Guard info...
Are you an 8th grader going into 9th and looking for a cool extra-curricular activity? Are you in 9th, 10th, or 11th and looking to add to your high school activities? Consider joining Color Guard! Our next practice is Thursday, April 18 from 3-5. Please come and join us or contact Mrs. Haefner for more information. We hope to see you there!
Mini-Thon info...
Register soon before the deadline on Friday, April 26th. THON is a 12 hour overnight, lock-in held at the Elementary school full of exciting games, sporting events, and live performances that you won’t want to miss! 3 full meals and snacks are provided throughout the night. Registration packets were passed out by your homeroom teachers within the past week. Extra packets can be picked up outside of Room 1.
Prom info... This year's Prom will be held on Saturday, May 11 from 5:30-10PM at Laurel Rock Farms in Mifflintown. Prom tickets will be on sale from April 3-30. The cost is $40/ticket and can be purchased from Mrs. Miller during homeroom and period 5/6. Guest verification forms can be picked up from the office and must be submitted by May 3. Students must be academically eligible to purchase tickets.
Sophomore Tea info...
This year's sophomore tea will be held on April 20th from 7-9 PM in the elementary gym. Dress code is semi-formal. Light refreshments will be provided. Sophomores may purchase tickets ($5 each) from Mrs. Campbell from March 25 until April 5th. You must be academically eligible in order to purchase tickets. You may take a guest from Greenwood from grades 9-12. For guests from other schools (also, grades 9-12) you will need a guest verification form.

Signing up allows us to send you information on Sports Physicals held at Greenwood this Summer as well as it gives us an indication of who is participating.
